Job summary

Attain Behavioral Health in Beachwood, OH seeks a Clinical Supervisor to oversee licensed clinicians and support staff, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with OhioMHAS/Medicaid. You will provide weekly supervision, guide treatment planning, review documentation, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain program fidelity and client safety.

This full-time role requires a master’s degree and active OH licensure with supervisory designation, plus 4+ years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, MFT, or related field.
• Active Ohio licensure: LPC/LCSW/MSW/LPCC/LISW with Supervisory designation (-S) required.
• Minimum 4 years clinical experience in behavioral health.
• Experience providing supervision or leadership preferred.
• Knowledge of OhioMHAS/Medicaid documentation standards.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong clinical writing and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly individual and/or group supervision to assigned staff, interns, and non-licensed clinicians.
• Ensure supervisees practice within their scope and redirect as needed.
• Review and sign off on documentation for supervisees per licensure requirements.
• Support clinical staff with case conceptualization, treatment planning, and diagnostic formulation.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and provide coaching and feedback for staff development.
• Assist in 90-day and annual performance reviews and provide input on staff progression.
