Supervise the day-to-day operations of the case management team.
Manage case managers' timecards and PTO requests in Paycor.
Ensure the case managers meet their service delivery requirements and documentation target.
Recruit, hire and train new case managers.
Conduct case management meetings and facilitiate group & individual supervision.
Supervise caseload assignment and complete paperwork as needed.
Attend leadership team meetings.
Provide after hour backup for the case managers on call.
Other duties as assigned.
