Qualifications

• Active LISW, LPCC, IMFT, or Psychologist license required.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience of staff of at least 5 or more preferred but not required.
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, EHR systems).
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical supervision for Behavioral Health clinicians.
• Facilitates the care for clients with mild to severe mental health disorders by directing clinical operations.
• Builds relationships within the Butler County community
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the treatment teams, weekly team meetings, direct clinical supervision of the clinical staff, and provision of on-site crisis assessment and management when needed
• Ensure proper documentation of case files in accordance with accrediting bodies
• Support and ensure enforcement policies and procedures of the organization.
• Review and approve diagnostic assessments to ensure diagnoses are in compliance with the DSM-5/ ICD-10.
• Work cooperatively with other agency programming and management to best meet client needs.
• Participate in staff recruitment, hiring, training, and competency evaluations, prepare performance improvement and corrective action plans with direction from Directors and HR.
• Work in conjunction with leadership to ensure clinical services meet appropriate quality standards and that documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Submit written reports regarding clients, program outcomes and services as needed
• Other duties as assigned and appropriate for the position.
