Job summary

Global Refuge in Baltimore is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to deliver culturally centered case management, employment, and supportive services to newly arrived refugees and ORR-eligible populations at the Baltimore Welcome Center. The role supports self-sufficiency and integration through PIR, MG, and PC programs.

You will screen and enroll clients, create service plans, coordinate housing, education, healthcare, and benefits, maintain documentation, and collaborate with partners to connect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field, or two years of case management experience.
• Experience with refugees, immigrants, or limited English speakers preferred.
• Fluency in at least one major client language (e.g., Spanish, Arabic, Dari, French, Swahili).
• Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, and database systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate client-centered, trauma-informed support.
• Screen and enroll eligible families and individuals.
• Create service plans with clients to address needs and promote self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate housing, school enrollment, healthcare, and employment referrals.
• Maintain regular client contact and up-to-date case documentation.
• Deliver services per PIR, MG, and PC program guidelines.
• Engage with community partners to connect clients with resources and opportunities.
• Provide interpretation/translation and transportation as required.
