Job summary

The GEO Group is seeking a Case Manager to support youth through structured program plans and evidence-based practices. You will manage caseloads, document progress, and coordinate services with education, housing, and community resources.

Under supervision, you’ll learn and apply the What Works framework while maintaining youth confidentiality and contributing to successful re-entry outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA preferred.
• 1 year experience as Case Manager or 2 years in related field.
• Familiar with community corrections systems and practices.
• Ability to write clear concise reports in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized case plans and track progress.
• Maintain youth files and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate housing, budgeting, education and vocational programs.
• Discharge reports within contract time frames.
• Communicate with youth, staff and external agencies.
