Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado is seeking a dedicated Case Manager 2 to coordinate services for participant households and ensure eligibility and needs-based assessments are completed. The role involves outreach, program coordination, and applying best-practice standards across programs.

You will mentor staff, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to continuous service improvement while supporting housing stability goals and community reintegration for participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
• 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience
• Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance
• SOAR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides case management services to Program Clients.
• Identifies and serves the unique needs of participant households using screening and assessment.
• Performs community outreach to identify eligible participants with housing barriers.
• Mentors junior personnel to develop knowledge of best practices.
• Documents all client interactions and eligibility information accurately.
