The GEO Group, a global leader in evidence-based rehabilitation, is seeking a Case Manager to provide ongoing support and structure for participants in our reentry programs. You will manage caseloads, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with contracting agencies and staff to meet program objectives.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, documenting progress, and ensuring confidentiality, with a focus on successful community reintegration and compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Two years of related work experience; clinical or correctional services background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and develop program plans for participants.
• Prepare personalized aims and timeframes for goals.
• Assist participants with budgeting, housing, and education/vocational programs.
• Document progress and discharge summaries; maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate with contracting agency and program staff to ensure compliance.
