Job summary

Jobot in Burbank, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Personal Injury Case Manager to support our Pre-Litigation team. You will interview clients, build case strategies, and maintain organized records.

This onsite role requires strong organizational skills and knowledge of personal injury law. Experience with CASEpeer is a plus, and you will coordinate medical treatment scheduling while managing property damage claims from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager in a law firm setting (required).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Familiarity with legal case management software (experience with CASEpeer is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and related medical terminology.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to reliably commute to Burbank, CA (onsite role).
