Case Manager – Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Department

Reputable personal injury litigation firm is seeking a Case Manager to join our Personal Injury Pre‑Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing a high‑volume caseload while ensuring compliance with deadlines. This role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Base Pay Range

$80,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service with compassion and empathy.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and updates.
• Manage and organize a high‑volume caseload efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and firm protocols.
• Demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate case records using Litify case management software.
• Understand insurance benefits and priority processes.
• Draft and review correspondence and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and support the Managing Attorney.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily tasks.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
