Terros Health is seeking a Case Manager for the Mitchell Recovery Health Center in Phoenix. You will join an interdisciplinary team supporting individuals with Serious Mental Illness or General Mental Health diagnoses under Court Ordered Treatment.

The role emphasizes coordinating care, completing assessments, and developing service plans to help clients reach their treatment goals. A bachelor’s in behavioral health is required and training is provided.

Competenze

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Typing speed minimum 25 wpm.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (NextGen) is a plus.
