Job summary

Helio Health is seeking a Case Manager to support recovery from substance use and mental health issues. This full-time role is located at the Syracuse Intensive Apartment Program and offers benefits and a sign-on incentive up to $1,500.

Pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour. The job includes caseload management, assessments, referrals, counseling, crisis intervention, and collaboration with other providers, with opportunities for growth and program involvement.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience working with behavioral health and/or substance abuse issues.
• Candidates with lived experience encouraged to apply.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License preferred.

• Assessment, evaluation, and intervention (Only performed by Case Managers with QHP).

Helio Health is looking for a Case Manager to support its mission of promoting recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other health issues. This role is vital to the management and coordination of services to patients/residents participating in, or who have completed our treatment programs. This is a Full-Time position and located at our Syracuse Intensive Apartment Program.

In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for aSign-On Incentiveof up to$1,500!

Pay:$21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
