Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Human Services.
• At least two years of full-time experience in mental health or addictions treatment or CAP/CAAP/CAPP certification.
• Knowledge of addictions and mental health treatment programs and services.
• Ability to collect data, document and report as required by grants or programs.

Responsibilities

• Interviews and orients clients and collects information for intake.
• Records and updates individual case information and status.
• Participates in staff meetings for case management coordination.
• Collects data for reporting requirements of grants and programs.
• Provides community liaison services as assigned by supervisor.
• Provides orientation to the agency for clients.
• Delivers individual and/or group counseling to support case goals.
• Teaches interactive alcohol/drug education classes.
• Performs urine specimen collection according to procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
