Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Social Work or closely related human services majors.

Responsibilities

• Schedule in-home appointments within 14 days of client admission and provide orientation.
• Conduct thorough interview with juvenile, family, referral source and collateral sources to identify factors contributing to domestic violence.
• Create and monitor intervention plans with juvenile and review progress monthly.
• Identify substance use among household members and arrange referrals as needed.
• Provide selective intervention services focusing on communication, anger management, and coping skills.
• Perform case management and referrals to access needed services and explore placement options.
• Collaborate with treatment and community service providers to avoid duplication of efforts.
• Maintain caseload of 10–12 families and document all activities in the clinical record.
