Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Experience in Human Services Field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license, registration, current inspection, and insured automobile.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a variety of services.
• Provide support counseling, problem solving, and limit setting.
• Participate in the development and implementation of therapeutic services.
• Make assessments and provide appropriate crisis interventions.
• Teach consumers adult daily living skills.
• Schedule appointments for consumers.
• Transport consumers to planned activities and appointments.
