Job summary

Evergreen Recovery Centers seeks a dedicated Case Manager to provide outreach, home visitation case management, and advocacy for mothers with substance use disorders, with access to fleet vehicles for commuting. This professional role requires a BA/BS in Social or Human Services, 4+ years of relevant experience, and a valid WA driver’s license.

Lived experience strongly encouraged. Position is full-time with benefits including health, dental, retirement, and more.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Social or Human Services.
• Minimum of 4 years of community-based experience working with people who have substance use or co-occurring disorders.
• Maintain a valid Washington State Driver's License, acceptable driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle without restriction
• Must pass a driver’s abstract check according to PCAP site/agency insurance requirements
• Individuals with lived experience with substance use and/or co-occurring disorders are strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Case Managers provide direct outreach, home visitation case management, and advocacy services to mothers who have used alcohol and/or drugs heavily during pregnancy, and to their children, partners, and extended families when needed. Fleet vehicles are provided due to heavy commuting nature of the position.
