Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Addictions Certification preferred.
• Experience with at-risk families.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of addiction and treatment methods used.
• Ability to assess and prioritize residents' needs.
• Self-motivated and dependable.
• Proficient with standard office equipment including fax, computer, and copier.
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Review applications, schedule screenings, and manage the intake process for new residents, ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth transition into the recovery program.
• Coordinate and schedule essential resident services, including transportation to appointments, court appearances, and program activities.
• Pick up, distribute, and document resident medications, adhering to established protocols and ensuring compliance with healthcare provider instructions.
• Provide ongoing support to residents in adhering to their individualized recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including progress notes, incident reports, and medication logs, while adhering to confidentiality guidelines and reporting requirements
• Must have evening availability
