Job summary

LifeWorks NW is seeking a Certified Recovery Mentor to provide case management, referral linkage, and counseling for clients in residential or outpatient settings at our Beaverton site. The role emphasizes support for engagement in recovery, housing, and employment, with a focus on family involvement and coordinated care.

The position requires CRM certification, strong addiction experience, and ability to navigate the social service system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Current Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) certificate.
• Substantial experience with addiction issues and recovery culture.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriate boundaries.
• Extensive knowledge of navigating the social service network.

Responsibilities

• Screen and select clients for the mentoring program.
• Develop service plans and reporting for each referral.
• Meet with clients and families to create case management plans.
• Maintain daily contact with clients during initial weeks of recovery.
• Coordinate with therapists, collateral providers, and community services.
