Job summary

VOALA is hiring a Case Manager Generalist to provide on-site case management for clients in need. You will conduct screenings, assess barriers, develop plans, and coordinate services to meet clients’ short- and long-term goals. The role focuses on advocacy and resource linkage in a community-based setting.

Requirements include HS/GED with VOALA training within 6 months or a Bachelor’s in Social Services; minimum 1 year of related experience, and ability to work with diverse populations. EOE.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of general experience in case management or similar social services with vulnerable populations.
• BA in Social Services related field may replace experience.
• HS/GED with VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and assessments to collect relevant information.
• Develop and monitor client case plans to meet goals.
• Coordinate services and supports; advocate for clients before agencies.
