• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent work experience required.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes appropriate therapeutic models to aid clients in understanding and managing symptoms.
• Conducts program specific assessments and screens.
• Provides case management in collaboration with clients and treatment teams.
• Documents all services and contacts in compliance with agency standards.
• Transports clients as required by program.
• Participates in staff meetings, supervision, and training.
