Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an energetic Case Manager to join our NGCC team. You will conduct intake, develop/maintain service plans, and monitor outcomes while upholding confidentiality and professional relationships.

This full-time, hourly position offers $20.00 per hour with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 403(b)/401(a), PTO accrual up to 15 days, paid holidays, and flexible schedules. Travel required up to 25%.

Qualifications

• High school/HISET and direct experience working in the field of Social Services is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication, are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews with potential participants and establish eligibility.
• Develop and maintain individual plans for services and professional relationships.
• Meet performance outcomes in enrollments, graduation rate, employment, average wage, and retention details.
• Maintain participant files and confidentiality per agency guidelines.
• Coordinate with referring staff and internal team, and communicate required reporting.
