Job summary

MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is seeking an energetic SCSEP Case Manager to support participants aged 55+ in a 9-county Rolla-based service area. You will recruit participants, arrange training sites, and guide job readiness towards obtaining employment in the community.

The role emphasizes case management, linking participants to community resources, and meeting program performance metrics while promoting diversity, integrity, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school/HISET or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred in social services or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Experience in social services and case management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake interviews and establish eligibility.
• Develop and maintain individualized service plans for participants.
• Meet performance outcomes in enrollment, graduation, employment, wage, and retention.
• Build relationships with referring staff and internal team.
• Maintain knowledge of required reporting systems and program guidelines.
• Maintain confidential participant files and comply with agency policy.
