Job summary

Benchmark Human Services is actively seeking Case Managers in Vermont to provide vital resources and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role focuses on empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and live independently.

Candidates will participate in planning, assessments, and facilitate services according to their unique needs. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required. The position includes comprehensive benefits such as health insurance and flexible spending accounts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Must live in the state of Vermont.
• Travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Complete core competency training required by the State.
• Perform evaluations and assessments for individuals served.
• Assist the individual in understanding the goals of the planning process.

Skills

Knowledge of Vermont’s public service system for developmental disabilities

Ability to communicate with a broad audience

Ability to work collaboratively

Education

Bachelor’s degree in any field + 1 year of relevant human services experience

Associate degree in human services + 2 years of relevant experience

High school diploma + 3 years of relevant experience
