Qualifications

• Experience in case management and coordination of treatment referrals.
• Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing techniques and crisis support.
• Ability to document progress notes and reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conducts case management activities for assigned clients, including orientation and planning.
• Develops and monitors supervision plans, progress reviews, and parole/pre-parole planning.
• Maintains accurate case documentation and incident reports.
