Job summary

Larimer County Community Justice Alternatives (CJA) seeks a Community Justice Specialist to supervise clients, conduct intakes, and monitor living and work areas within a 24/7 facility. You will help maintain safety and support client accountability through interviews and monitoring of systems.

Qualifications

• Two years of higher education or equivalent experience.
• Valid Driver's License by date of hire.
• CPR, First Aid and AED certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clients and ensure program rule compliance.
• Conduct intakes explaining facility and procedures.
• Monitor living/work areas with counts and checks.
• Ensure safety by contraband control and searches.
• Support accountability by interviews and system monitoring.
• Collaborate with community agencies to support employment and service commitments.
