Job summary
La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center, an industry leader in behavioral health, seeks a Case Manager for General Mental Health in Maricopa, Arizona. The successful candidate will coordinate services and deliver direct client support, ensuring adherence to Arizona's 12 Principles.
Responsibilities include crisis intervention, maintaining client records, and offering education support. A Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health and a valid Arizona driver’s license are required. The role offers generous PTO, medical/dental plans, and other benefits.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess reliable transportation. Bilingual candidates in Spanish are preferred.

Responsibilities
