Job summary

California Accident Firm APC is seeking a Senior Case Manager for its Encino, CA office. This full-time, in-office role supports the Pre-Litigation department, coordinating 100–200 pre-litigation personal injury cases and open insurance claims with attorneys and clients.

You will manage communications across channels, gather records, and help prepare settlement demands while maintaining organized files. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred to serve a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain consistent communication with clients.
• Monitor and respond to all channels of communication.
• Manage approximately 100–200 pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Open and manage insurance claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters.
• Gather police reports, photographs, and other evidence.
• Assist with establishing and clearing liability.
• Handle and resolve property damage claims.
• Coordinate rental vehicles.
• Request and follow up on medical records and bills.
• Review and summarize medical bills and records.
• Assist attorneys with the preparation of settlement demands.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date case files.
• Work closely with attorneys, clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties.
