Heartland ABA is seeking a Case Manager to join our client operations team. You will oversee a designated caseload, facilitate seamless service delivery, and support families and providers throughout services.

• Monitor and ensure authorized insurance authorizations and hours are utilized.
• Record and document all interactions and keep databases up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and adhere to company policies and HIPAA compliance.
