You will foster trusted communications from intake through ongoing services, support staffing, and help secure insurance authorizations while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies. This role offers growth in the ABA field within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing family communications and monthly check-ins.
• Support team providers to deliver high-quality care.
• Address issues quickly and resolve service challenges.
• Ensure timely receipt of patient progress reports.
• Facilitate insurance authorizations.
• Monitor utilization and authorize hours.
• Collaborate with recruiters to staff cases timely.
• Conduct candidate interviews and onboarding follow-up.
• Record all interactions and update databases.
• Participate in team meetings and incorporate feedback.
• Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality and compliance with laws.
