Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking a Case Manager to oversee a caseload within the client operations team. You will coordinate service delivery, ensure staffing, and support families and providers throughout services.

You will maintain clear documentation, collaborate with recruiters for staffing, and help resolve service issues while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality. The role offers a friendly office environment and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain ongoing communication with families, cultivating rapport.
• Provide guidance to providers to enable optimal care for families.
• Address and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Ensure prompt receipt of patient progress reports.
• Assist in obtaining insurance authorizations.
• Monitor utilization and ensure authorized hours are used effectively.
• Collaborate with recruiters to staff cases efficiently.
• Conduct candidate interviews and maintain onboarding communications.
• Document all interactions with clients and providers.
• Keep systems and databases up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and implement improvements.
• Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality and all laws governing case management.
