Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a dedicated Case Manager to join our client operations team in the United States. You will oversee a designated caseload, coordinate services, support families, and guide providers to deliver high-quality outcomes for children with ASD.

In this role, you will maintain thorough documentation, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with staff on staffing and service delivery while upholding the company’s policies and values.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to make timely decisions and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing communication with families and build rapport.
• Guide providers to deliver optimal care to families.
• Address and resolve service-related issues and ensure timely progress reports.
• Ensure insurance authorizations are obtained promptly.
• Monitor staffing and onboarding processes for timely caseload coverage.
• Document all interactions and keep client databases up to date.
• Adhere to policies, HIPAA, and applicable laws.
