Heartland ABA in Des Moines, IA seeks a Case Manager to oversee a designated caseload and ensure seamless service delivery for families and providers. You will manage staffing, coordinate communications, and support clinical teams while adhering to HIPAA and all relevant laws.

Responsibilities

• Foster and sustain ongoing communication with families, cultivating rapport from intake through services.
• Guide and support team providers to deliver optimal care to families.
• Address and resolve service-related issues and challenges promptly.
• Ensure prompt receipt of patient progress reports.
• Facilitate insurance authorizations when needed.
• Monitor utilization and ensure authorized hours are used effectively.
• Collaborate with recruiters to hire staff and staff cases appropriately.
• Interview candidates and maintain communication through onboarding.
• Record and document all interactions with clients and providers.
• Keep systems and client databases up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and implement improvement suggestions.
• Adhere to company policies, HIPAA compliance, and laws.
