Job summary

Prospect Infosys Inc. is seeking a Training Delivery professional to conduct C-FIRST training for DCS employees. Responsibilities include creating materials, generating sandbox data, and collaborating with DoCS and Deloitte to enhance delivery. Hybrid work setup with travel within Tennessee is required.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of training delivery experience, proficiency with Microsoft Teams, and strong communication and organization skills. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver C-FIRST training to DCS employees, in-person and virtually.
• Develop training materials for specialized C-FIRST tasks.
• Generate data within the C-FIRST training sandbox for use in training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts from DCS and Deloitte to enhance training development and delivery.
• Provide web-based technical assistance to staff to facilitate system learning.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and other digital platforms to conduct training sessions.
• Ensure consistency and quality in training content and delivery with the team.
• Travel within the State of TN is required.

• Develop training materials for specialized tasks in C-FIRST.
• Generate data within the C-FIRST training sandbox for use in C-FIRST training.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Department of Children’s Services and Deloitte to enhance training development and delivery.
• Provideweb-based technical assistanceto staff to facilitate system learning.
• UtilizeMicrosoft Teamsand other digital platforms to conduct and support training sessions
• Collaborate with training team members and program leadership to ensure consistency and quality in training content and delivery
• Travel will be required within the State of TN.

Minimum Qualifications:

• One (1) yearof experience intraining delivery, adult education, or staff development
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Teamsand other virtual training tools
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving training environment
• Bachelor's Degree is required
