Job summary

COOLSOFT in Tennessee seeks three Training Officers to develop and deliver training on C-FIRST, Tennessee's Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System, to Department of Children's Services staff.

The roles require training delivery experience, familiarity with teaching computer systems, and strong facilitation skills. Positions are hybrid with travel within TN, including Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in training delivery, adult education, or staff development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other virtual training tools
• Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving training environment
• Bachelor's Degree is required

Responsibilities

• Deliver C-FIRST training to DCS employees, in-person and virtually
• Develop training materials for specialized tasks in C-FIRST
• Generate data within the C-FIRST training sandbox for use in training
• Collaborate with subject matter experts from the Department of Children's Services and Deloitte
• Provide web-based technical assistance to staff to facilitate system learning
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and other digital platforms to conduct training sessions
• Collaborate with training team members and program leadership to ensure content quality
• Travel within Tennessee for in-person sessions
