Job summary

Avenues Recovery in Indianapolis, IN is hiring a Case Manager for its newest Detox and Residential treatment facility. You will advocate for clients, ensuring they receive the best care and resources during their treatment journey.

The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one-year experience in the treatment industry. Avenues offers a supportive work environment and a robust benefits package, including medical insurance and a 401K with employer match.

1-year experience in treatment industry preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

Responsibilities

Advocate for client, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment.
Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs.
Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout duration of treatment.
Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment.
Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training etc. as necessary for client post‑discharge.
Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support etc.).

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
