Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring a Case Manager to advocate for clients, address barriers to treatment, and coordinate services throughout detox and residential episodes. You will initiate intake-based case management, oversee insurance active status, and provide ongoing support.

You will arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, and other resources to meet needs and remove obstacles to care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Min. 1-year experience in treatment industry preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Warm, empathetic, respectable personality.

Responsibilities

Now Hiring a Case Manager for our inpatient detox and residential treatment facility, in Ft. Collins, CO.

What You'll Do:
