What You’ll Do

• Advocate for clients, addressing and resolving any external barriers to treatment.
• Initiate case management for each client upon intake, addressing any pressing needs.
• Oversee client accounts, ensuring insurance is active throughout the duration of treatment.
• Provide ongoing case management throughout the duration of treatment.
• Arrange housing, financial aid, legal aid, vocational training, etc. as necessary for client post‑discharge.
• Facilitate comprehensive discharge planning (continuing care, housing, sober support, etc.).

• Minimum 1-year experience in the treatment industry preferred.
• For individuals in recovery, a minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety is required.
