We help people help themselves. You will connect emergency assistance, housing and utility help, adult and family literacy, youth services, and the food pantry. The work is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with a real caseload and supervision from the Director of Programs.
You bring an associate degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or a related field, or equivalent case management experience, and you follow through on plans, referrals, and files.

$49,000 to $54,000 a year (about $25.00 to $27.00 an hour). Paid time off, 12 paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement account, and paid training.
Full-time in Easton, mostly weekday hours. Some partner meetings may fall outside a standard day.
