We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
The Case Manager will take ownership of assigned cases and work closely with clients, attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other members of the legal team to ensure cases progress efficiently and clients receive consistent, professional support.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned caseload of personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, insurance, property damage, and other case matters.
- Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment, including appointments and treatment gaps.
- Request, review, and track medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding liability, coverage, policy limits, and claim status.
- Monitor vehicle repairs, rental vehicles, and property damage claims.
- Identify and address issues that may delay treatment or case progression.
- Maintain accurate case notes, documents, deadlines, and communications in Filevine.
- Work closely with attorneys to prepare cases for demands and settlement.
- Coordinate with lien and demand departments to ensure files are complete and ready for resolution.
- Follow up consistently with clients, providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
- Provide guidance and support to Case Manager Assistants as needed.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably with at least 2 years in personal injury law or a related legal/claims environment.
- Understanding of the personal injury claims process is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and competing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned cases.
- Professional and empathetic approach to client communication.
- Filevine or other case management software experience is a plus.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday Core hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
