Job summary

Legacy Legal Recruiting LLC is seeking a Legal Case Manager to serve as the central point of contact for clients and to move cases forward. The role involves coordinating medical treatment, assisting the attorney with strategy, and maintaining organized digital case files.

This temporary position will convert to permanent for a dependable, detail-oriented professional. You will manage a caseload of personal injury matters, communicate with clients throughout the case, and ensure timely updates

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Collaborate under an attorney to support case strategy and execution.

• Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual - English & Spanish (required)
• Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred
• Pre-litigation experience is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
