Regional Center of the East Bay in California seeks an experienced administrator to support the Associate Director, overseeing case management and staff supervision in the Children Division. You will interview, train, schedule, review IPPs and coordinate with providers and state centers; you will monitor case movements, participate in program development, and provide in-service training.

A Master's degree is preferred, with 4 years RC experience and supervisory background; bilingual

Formación

• Master's degree in human services or related field preferred; Bachelor's accepted.
• Minimum 4 years Regional Center experience, preferably in case management.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Automobile, valid CDL, and insurance.
• Oral fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity; ability to work with diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as assistant to the Associate Director and perform administrative and supervisory functions to assure effective case management services.
• Interview, select, train, assign, schedule, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff.
• Provide general information regarding regional center services by telephone or at meetings.
• Review and approve requests for residential services in assigned areas, including admissions/discharges.
• Develop organizational methods and procedures; provide case consultation.
• Coordinate client-related staffing and IPPs; collaborate with providers and State centers.
• Monitor and report case movements and recordings (IPPs, Annuals, Quarterlies, Waivers).
• Monitor staff case management; participate in program development and reviews.
• Provide in-service training and orientation to staff; attend meetings as assigned.
