Job summary

Regional Center of the East Bay is seeking a Case Management Supervisor for the Adults Division in California. This role oversees staff, coordinates IPPs, and ensures high-quality case management services for adults with developmental disabilities, reporting to the Client Services Manager.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years Regional Center experience, case management preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience preferred or demonstrated leadership roles.
• Automobile, valid CDL, and insurance.
• Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director and supervise assigned staff.
• Interview, hire, schedule, train, and evaluate staff performance.
• Provide information about regional center services by phone or meetings.
• Review requests for residential services and admissions/discharges.
• Develop organizational methods and procedures.
• Provide case consultation and participate in IPP meetings.
• Coordinate with service providers and other agencies.
• Monitor IPPs, Annuals, Quarterlies, and Medicaid Waivers.
• Supervise case movements and recordings.
• Participate in program development and facility reviews.
• Deliver in-service training and staff orientation.
• Attend weekly supervisor meetings and other agency meetings.
