Job summary

Tri-Counties Regional Center is seeking a full-time professional to provide person-centered consultation and advocacy for individuals with developmental disabilities in California. The role entails coordinating services, conducting assessments, and ensuring the delivery of support programs.

Qualifications

• 2 years of applicable experience in mental health or social work.
• 2 years experience in case management within a related field.
• 1 year experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strength-based assessments for family support.
• Maintain regular contact with individuals served.
• Coordinate and secure funded services and supports.
