You will develop inmate goals, monitor progress, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth intake, training, and reporting. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years in case management are required; strong communication and budgeting skills are valuable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in case management.
• Knowledge of general office practices and budget control.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Knowledge of inmate case management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee duties of the case management staff.
• Manage record maintenance, intake and discharge operations.
• Develop inmate goals and supervise programs and work details.
• Monitor inmate progress and program participation.
• Prepare reports for review by management and high-level agencies.
• Train staff in inmate management and procedures.
• Coordinate payroll for inmates and maintain related records.
• Perform audits of Case Management procedures.
