Job summary

The GEO Group seeks a supervisor for Case Managers at an established GEO Reentry Services facility in Casper, Wyoming. You will oversee case-management staff, ensure accurate record-keeping, and coordinate inmate goals and programs under facility guidelines.

You will guide staff training, manage communications with law enforcement and parole authorities, and help administer budgets and program details. Experience in corrections or social services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of case management experience, in corrections or social services.
• Strong knowledge of office practices, including budget prep and control.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with diverse groups.
• Knowledge of inmate case-management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• supervise the duties of the case management staff.
• Manage record maintenance, intake and discharge operations.
• Develop inmate goals and programs; ensure staffing.
• Monitor inmate programs and payroll; liaise with agencies.
• Prepare reports for the U.S. Parole Commission and other entities.
• Train staff in inmate management and case procedures.
• Performs audits of Case Management procedures and documentation.
