The role includes directing duties, maintaining inmate case files, coordinating payroll, and preparing reports for the U.S. Parole Commission. A bachelor’s degree and 2 years in case management are required, with strong communication and budgeting skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Two years of experience in case management in corrections or social services.
• Knowledge of office practices, budgeting, and policy.
• Ability to communicate clearly, work with public, staff and inmates.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and manages duties in the case management staff.
• Maintains inmate records, intake/discharge operations.
• Develops inmate goals and monitors programs and staffing.
• Reviews correspondence from political offices and prepares responses.
• Coordinates inmate payroll system and prepares reports for Parole Commission.
• Trains staff in inmate management and related policies.
• Advises management on inmate management problems.
• Performs audits of Case Management procedures.
