GEO Reentry Services LLC is seeking a Case Manager Supervisor to provide leadership at a facility, overseeing Case Managers and inmate program development. The role includes directing intake/discharge processes, maintaining records, and coordinating inmate goals and salaries within the unit.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact in a professional manner in both individual and group counseling settings.
• Working knowledge of the Twelve Step Program of Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous.
• Ability to work with a team of professionals and implement team strategy approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall direction and supervision of Case Managers at a facility.
• Oversees record maintenance, intake and discharge operations.
• Develops inmate goals and responsibilities.
• Establishes inmate programs and work detail and ensures staffing.
• Prepares reports for presentation to the U.S. Parole Commission.
• Gathers information from staff regarding inmates’ progress and adjustments.
• Assists in training staff regarding inmate management.
• Manages the urine analysis program with Security Manager.
• Covers caseload during leaves.
