Job summary

Housing Works Emergency & Transitional Housing Program in New York is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to oversee ETH program operations in Long Island City, Queens, supervising 3-4 case managers and ensuring high-quality services for justice-involved individuals.

You will work with leadership to align services with agency goals, driving improvements in program delivery while supporting staff development and compliance with internal and external standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in social services, psychology, social work or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ETH Program case management and housing placement onsite.
• Collaborate with program leaders to implement policies and workflows.
• Ensure access to support services addressing social determinants of health (employment, education, healthcare, housing).
• Maintain client housing and service plans; participate in grievance resolution and disciplinary interventions.
• Provide supervision to Case Managers and support staff; conduct reviews and onboarding.
