Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) seeks a Case Management Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers and oversee service and care plans for residents in Brooklyn. This role focuses on stabilization, independence, and skill development through strong supervision and partnership building.

The position is full-time with a salary of $66,300 annually. Exempt from overtime and based in Sheepshead Bay, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychology required.
• Five years of experience plus two years of supervisory experience in social services.
• Experience with immigrants and immigration issues prioritized.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Case Managers and ensure service and care plans are up to date.
• Coordinate resources and develop partnerships with community-based services.
• Ensure residents engage with public benefits and city programs.
