Job summary

Community Housing Innovations (CHI) seeks a supervisor for Case Management to oversee crisis intervention, supervision of staff, and program compliance. This role includes coordinating team meetings, performance updates, and ensuring accurate reporting to funding agencies.

Qualifications include a BSW with 2–5 years’ managerial experience, MSW preferred, and a valid driver’s license. English skills are essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• BSW required.
• MSW from an accredited university preferred.
• 2–5 years' experience in management services preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention as appropriate.
• Support direct case management duties as needed.
• Provide regular supervision for Case Managers.
• Conduct 1 to 1 meetings with team; update performance goals and notes.
• Ensure program compliance with funding requirements.
• Oversee timely internal and external reporting.
• Liaise with referring agencies; manage resources effectively.
• Provide staff training and oversee payroll coverage.
