Porchlight Inc. is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to oversee supportive services for participants in scattered-site housing. You will supervise Case Managers, provide resources and training, and maintain participant caseloads with direct case management support.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring data quality in HMIS, coordinating with housing and community partners, and promoting consumer-centered, housing-first practices across the program.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in social work or closely-related field or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Experience in a nonprofit social service agency.
• Strong crisis management skills.
• Willingness to work with diverse populations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Ability to build consensus and motivate cooperation.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams; adapt to new technology.
• Driver's license with insured vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Collaborates with the Director of Supportive Services to manage case management operations and ensure consistent processes.
• Conducts regular supervisory meetings, provides mentorship and feedback on performance.
• Reviews participant files, evaluates data quality, and develops improvement plans.
• Reports staff performance issues to HR and the Director of Supportive Services.
• Approves biweekly payroll and monthly mileage reimbursement; manages time-off approvals.
• Assists HR in recruitment, reviewing applications and interviewing candidates.
• Onboards new staff and delivers ongoing training on best practices including housing first and harm reduction.
• Facilitates monthly case management team meetings and coordinates staff appreciation luncheons.
• Collaborates with community partners to enhance participant services and resource utilization.
• Gathers participant feedback and proposes service enhancements.
• Coordinates with Housing to review vacancies and property concerns; resolves issues with Directors.
• Handles grievances per agency policy with guidance from leadership.
